One of the things I look forward to the most during Christmas is all the colorful, delicious desserts. I absolutely love desserts, and my favorite has to be chocolate sponge cake with fresh cream. If there’s a sweet strawberry on top, that’s even better! The reason you see so much chocolate-colored sponge in this piece is probably because it’s my absolute favorite.
